CLASSIC BARRE
the barre method classic barre class combines the best of both worlds. 25 mins at the barre and 25 mins on the mat. our signature class
STRONG BARRE
strength X pilates: think of it like pilates on steroids! longer holds, more controlled movements, and exciting variations on traditional exercises. incorporating heavier weights like the 5kg bala ring. focus on strength nd endurance perfect for more advanced paractice
FLOOR BARRE
a 50-minute mat pilates fusion class. an absolute favourite. this no-nonsese mat class will focus on resistance and control. slow isometric holds, lots of pulses and a few extra props to get your muscles firing!

BALLET BARRE
with a focus on long, lean, legs, sculpted arms, and posture training - this isn't your average ballet class. 25 mins of ballet barre, followed up with pilates matwork and good stretch - sure to put a spring in your step!
CARDIO BARRE
a sweaty little number, this one is sure to get your heart pumping. a low-impact approach to HIIT training that still gets a sweat on

FLOW BARRE
get those bodies flowing! creative versions of a classic Pilates class including a lot of end-of-range movements to increase both mobility and strength. Starting off with the basics, we move through progressions to steadily exhaust muscles and push you to your limit.

BOOST REFORM
give yourself a boost. advanced jumpboard reformer class to challenge your training with precision and grace. this class combines 25 mins of low-impact cardio combined with core focused movements balance and control to leave you feeling energised.

BABY REFORM
congratulations mama! welcome to this new, exciting stage in life. we have created an intimate setting for you and your little one, so you can enjoy movement for mind and body. BYO baby or enjoy the hour to yourself to safely strengthen and stretch your post-partum body.
All babies are welcome from 8 weeks to crawling age. please make sure you have doctors clearance before participating in classes.
BURN REFORM
It's all about the burn baby! our classic barre booty and leg burn - just make it horizontal. With a special focus on glutes, legs & arms, you will find elements of Barre and standing pilates using the world's most beloved pilates machine.
